Included in every unit are cable televisions, refrigerators, coffee makers, heat and air conditioning.  This cottage has two Beautyrest queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Each cottage includes its own kitchenette, charcoal grill and picnic table. We also offer a pool and fire pit available for all.

POLICIES:

We are truly dog friendly and require a one-time $50 additional charge for your dog for your entire stay ($75 for 2 dogs).  However, we do have certain pet policies due to our experiences since opening.  We do not permit breeds prone to howling (beagle, basset hound…) in our rooms for the peaceful enjoyment of all of our guests.  We have a 2 dog maximum per room or cottage.  We do not allow pets inside the pool fence – no exceptions!

Our rooms are very clean and we try to accommodate all reasonable requests.  Please note – we do not permit smoking in any of our rooms.  There is a $200 charge when smoking occurs in any room or cottage.  We do permit smoking on porches (with windows and doors closed) and in other areas around the property (except inside the pool fence).

We offer a refund of your deposit for cancellations made more than 3 weeks from the date of your reserved stay.  Reducing the number of nights on your original reservation within three weeks of your stay is also not permitted.  We are a very small family run motel and we go to great lengths to ensure we do not double book our rooms and cottages and expect that each reservation represents a similar commitment on your part.  We will retain a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations without exception.  If you disagree with this policy, please simply refrain from making a reservation with us.
